Speech difficulty sucks

Hi all,
I finally got a call from a head hunter about a technical writing
job. I nervously called the guy back but he couldn't understand me at
all. The person was obviously from Asia and spoke with an accent. I
emailed him and offered to answer he might have but no response. This
is a great way to filter out all candidates with disabilities. All I
can do is vent, I guess.

Can you go over his head? Get in touch with his supervisor/boss?
